These Terms & Conditions govern the access, use and booking of all services provided by Prestige Limousine, including airport transfers, private chauffeur services, executive transportation and premium transport services in Switzerland and France.

By accessing our website or using our services, You fully agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Client: refers to any individual or company making a booking.
  • Service: refers to all private chauffeur and airport transfer services.
  • User: refers to any person using the Website or Services.
  • Chauffeur: refers to the professional driver assigned to a booking.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Any booking made with Prestige Limousine implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

These conditions prevail over any conflicting terms unless previously agreed in writing by the Company.

Bookings

A booking is considered confirmed only after validation by Prestige Limousine and receipt of a confirmation email or message.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking in case of:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information
  • Suspected fraud
  • Disputes related to previous payments
  • Exceptional unavailability

Customer Responsibility

The Client is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during booking:

  • Pickup address
  • Date and time
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Number of passengers
  • Amount of luggage

Any error that may result in delays or inability to perform the service remains the responsibility of the Client.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Rates may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle category
  • Destination
  • Waiting time
  • Additional kilometers
  • Special requests

We accept secure payments by:

  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer

Banking information remains strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties.

Airport Transfer Service

Prestige Limousine monitors flights in real time in order to automatically adjust pickup times in case of delays or early arrivals.

For airport arrivals:

  • 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time are included after landing.
  • Additional waiting time may be charged beyond this period.

For all other bookings:

  • 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time are included.
  • Each additional minute may be charged.

No-Show & Customer Delay

A booking is considered a “No-Show” when the Client fails to appear at the pickup location without prior cancellation.

  • Standard transfers: after 30 minutes
  • Airport transfers: after 60 minutes

In such cases, the full amount of the service remains due.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation up to 7 days before the service: 50% of the paid amount remains non-refundable.
  • Cancellation between 3 and 6 days before the service: 50% of the total amount including VAT will be charged.
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before the service: 100% of the total amount including VAT will be charged.

Hourly Bookings & Additional Kilometers

Hourly bookings include an allowance of 20 kilometers per hour.

Additional kilometers are charged according to the vehicle category:

  • Mercedes-Benz E-Class: 2 CHF / km
  • Mercedes-Benz V-Class: 2.5 CHF / km
  • Mercedes-Benz S-Class: 3 CHF / km
  • Mercedes Sprinter Minibus: 4 CHF / km
  • Mercedes-Maybach: 5 CHF / km

Behavior Inside the Vehicle

Passengers must comply with safety regulations and follow the chauffeur’s instructions.

  • Seat belts are mandatory.
  • Smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
  • Illegal substances and dangerous items are prohibited.
  • Any disrespectful or dangerous behavior may result in immediate termination of the service.

Refusal of Transportation

The Company reserves the right to refuse transportation if safety conditions are not respected or if the number of passengers/luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle.

Vehicle Damage

The Client may be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service.

Delays, Force Majeure & Cancelled Flights

Prestige Limousine shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic congestion
  • Accidents
  • Strikes
  • Road closures
  • Force majeure events

In case of flight cancellation or delays exceeding one hour, the Company reserves the right to reorganize the transfer according to availability.

Reservation Changes

Any modification must be requested by email or phone and validated by the Company.

Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.

Liability

The Company undertakes to provide a professional, punctual and secure service.

However, Prestige Limousine shall not be held liable for indirect damages, financial losses, missed connections or circumstances beyond its control.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Prestige Limousine reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
